Understand our terms and process for digital product refunds.
Thank you for choosing ACCCUP. As we sell digital products (accounts, subscriptions, and recharge services), which are fully consumed upon delivery, our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read the following terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Non-delivery — You have not received your product within 24 hours of successful payment, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
- Significantly not as described — The account type, tier, or features differ substantially from what was listed on the product page.
- Product unusable on arrival — The delivered account cannot be logged into or used at the time of delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of receipt).
- Duplicate charge — You were charged more than once for the same order due to a system error.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- The product has been successfully delivered and is functional, but you no longer want it (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.).
- The account becomes unusable due to buyer actions (e.g., changing credentials and getting locked out, violating the service provider's terms).
- Issues reported more than 72 hours after purchase (except for duplicate charges).
- Recharge or subscription products that have been partially or fully consumed.
3. Refund Process
- Step 1: Contact us via the ticket system or email with your order number and a description of the issue.
- Step 2: We will review your request within 24 hours.
- Step 3: Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days (timing depends on the payment provider).
4. Replacement First
For quality issues with account-type products, we prioritize replacements. If we can provide an equivalent replacement, we will arrange a replacement before considering a refund.
5. Refund Amount
The refund amount equals the actual amount paid (excluding any coupon discounts). Used coupons will not be reinstated.
